Well, looks like Firefighters and Police are screwed...

How many cops will be laid off to write his paycheck, or is he gonna work without a salary too?

Oh lordy, here we go with another deadbeat, I am sure none of his promises will be fulfilled!

Barlett didn't get my vote and my only hope now is he doesn't 'sling mud' in City Hall like he has these past weeks ...all to the great chagrin of most Tulsans!

Ps. Look above to whomever the webmaster for KOTV is, should it not say Tulsa's next Mayor?

Did you not see the online debate hosted by KRMG where when asked if they would work without a salary he responded, why get out of bed if your not getting paid! 4 more years of Tulsa in the twilight zone!

barlett, which would not have been my choice either, did sling mud where mud needed to sling,,,,, i voted for him because he lied LESS, and had some knowledge about the idiot that just got on the loose,, and if you don't get that, you need to learn to read..

ANY city who would hire a Mayor with no paycheck is stupid. A paycheck is a reminder of who they work for. Mayor Taylor worked without one, and what did we get??? a near bankrupt city with nothing to show for it. Any Mayor, as anyone knows should get a paycheck.

Cathy Taylor just got dumped on. regardless of the fact she isn't running again (because she would have been lynched),, she had the balls to tell all of us how "she would have voted",, and The City of Tulsa voted against her.

Dewey Bartlett = Another wealthy, privileged, out of touch, daddy gave me his fortune, politician to take over the city. When he's not kissing the babies for the camera, he'll be stealing their lollipops. Thanks a lot Tulsa for picking another winner! Forgive me for not being so optimistic. I am losing faith in the people and their capacity to make intelligent decisions.

Tom Adelson is a Cathy Taylor look alike!

He was just going to continue running the city the same way she has been running it!

You want to sell your house, well do it before ths steet tax she got passed takes effect next jan,, otherwise you are screwe. I sold mine before it took effect, it was hard with the economy and most people were really afraid of the lack of police, etc,, well hopefully, that will improve.

I didn't vote for Dewey Bartlett. Since he is a Roman Catholic Church member, I would say that he and his campaign employess were very unlike Christ with all of the mudslinging they did in the ads.

Tom Adelson made some mistakes in his statement the day after the September 8 Primary election; but, he corrected those statements to make them factual.

But, Bartlett refused to forgive Adelson for his mistakes he made and corrected and even one of Bartlett's campaign employees told me that they didn't care if Adelson confessed his errors and corrected them. They were still going to use the original statements to bring down Aldelson.

Bartlett won't admit that his company only has 8 employees and it doesn't hire people to do projects. His company contracts out jobs to companies which already have employees or will hire them to do a particular thing.
