What ever happened to "Our Representatives" representing what the people want? I’m tired of politicians undermining the people they are supposed to represent and work on their own agenda or beliefs

Have any of you people even checked the Senate or Congress website to see how the people you support vote? Most people are too concerned what this weekends football scores will be than whats going on in Washington that will affect their lives on a day by day basis. You make random statement's without knowing the facts. So Inhoff is a Republican. I check his voting record. Have you. Rice is supported by trial lawyers. I don't really care but I do know how the people I voted for vote. The day Inhofe starts voting against my principals I will vote for someone else. I do not vote party. I vote for the individual.

I'm signed up for megavote & know how all my elected officials vote. I, for one, am not happy with my so called "elected officials" voting records & will vote accordingly. I don't really think Jim Inhofe is the worst person alive, he has plenty of company down there!

Wow. I loved the comment about Inhofe not picking up a science book. Evolution? Please. Global Warming? Yes, but if you WERE to pick up a science book, you'd discover that the earth has endured several climate changes over it's lifetime. This is just the latest. Actually, I am very intelligent, and I didn't go to college. I do go to church, however. Religious freak, huh? You're confusing me with Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell. But you were right on one point; the democrats have only been in charge for two years. Wouldn't that be about the same time the economy went from "decline" to "downward spiral"? But to be realistic, we can't dump the current financial fiasco on either party. The blame lies with the unethicial lending practices of key lenders. And for the record, I don't like either party's bailout solution.
