Kastner's Lawyer Wants Case Thrown Out

Well we already know what needs to happen to Kastner, I think we need to find out who the attorney is and "get a rope" what a disgrace to his wifes good name. The least he could do is be a man own up to what he did...oh wait, he isn't one or he never would have been capable of killing his wife. Every time I see him on the news I want to throw up!

Guilty show him the MAX. So he don't teach his students in Oklahoma that it is ok to Kill. In If he did they will learn by his case what he got for fighting for something he did like kill his wife. life in prison that will work.

If he is guilty, I sure hope they get a conviction.

Remember the lies and promises he made? Is is another lie "I did not do it".

Hopefully the truth comes out and they will either come back..NOT Guilty or just toss the case....I would still like them to find the guy that broke in looking for the teen...Keep your head up Coach K..!!

The attorney wants the case thrown out because he knows that he can't win the case when Kastner goes to trial.

Another FINE story from the News On 6! No details, just a a couple of sentences that don't tell us anything. This is the WORST local new web site in Tulsa.

I agree with that statement...

His 1st mistake was claiming it was a armed home invasion by a white person. The press is desperately seeking white criminals to parade as armed felons. If this guy was a teacher, he'd receive a failing garde for not doing his homework. All he had to say is they were black & the press would have ignored it. The police reports would have been watered down before any descriptions were mentioned.

This Cody punk & has latin gang buddy & a group of angry employees wanting to get paid by a crooked contractor.( earlier this year {I believe it was westside}+ posssibly a 3rd if you consider the party on westside that got out of hand. He wouldn't come out to pay them ,so they kicked his door in, a fight broke out & they killed him.

come on. someone breaks in to a couples house and kills the wife but the husband only gets shot in the hand? someone shoots my wife and one of us aint leavin the house upright.....im killin them or they are killin me....period!

read the affidavit....it clearly states the wholes in his story, the evidence found, and the fact he was seen throwing the passports and stuff out in the street himself.

And why would he dope up the kids with benedryl the night before? If there was a break in, why was his wife still in bed asleep? Seems funny he was shot in his LEFT hand when he's RIGHT handed. If you're going to protect yourself, you usually throw up your dominant hand. What about the lies and the promises he told the family and the school?

The man is guilty as sin.
