Among other places, it states right on the IRS web site:

Additional Amounts for Qualifying Child: To qualify, a child must be younger than age 17 and have a valid Social Security number.

I think they should send out the checks in order of who paid their taxes first!

Out of over 300 million people, how long should it take to get yours? Or is this just an oklahoma thing. lol

yea, its very great to get a check, however, if you owe the IRS and on a payment plan....you won't see any of that money or even know when it will be applied. Not very stimulating if I am just paying taxes with it!

Has anyone actually received their rebate yet? I was told by my bank that it would probably not go in to my account until Friday.

i was wondering the same thing. i am in the first batch and have yet to receive mine...guess we will see tomorrow

I wouldnt be too quick to blow that free money, You might just need it to buy groceries and gas with $5.00 a gallon or better by July or August.farmer selling thier grain products to Bio fuel companies. whats states are taking the money for child support is okl one of them....

the drug dealer are cooking extra meth so they can get these rebate check from some that don't deserve it
