This situation IS odd. So many truly abused women, who shot their abuser in self-defense, have been arrested...but this woman hasn't even been charged with anything yet. So, just WHO does she "know"? I'm not saying she is guilty or not guilty, I'm just saying I think it is odd that she has not been arrested and charged with something.

Murder suspect arrested

by: Staff Reports
2/15/2008 12:00 AM
Susan Pryor, 48, of Tulsa has been charged with first-degree murder or, in the alternative, first-degree manslaughter in the shooting death of Timothy Lannom, 52.

Finally!!!!!!
Timmy is, was a GREAT person that is missed so very much.
Why they waited so long to arrest this women is beyond me.

Finally Susan Pryor's past has caught up to her!!! Always thinking she can get away with everything because she always thought she was "politically correct". But do you think she will really get what she deserves?

They, most likely, waited to make sure they had enough evidence to arrest her. I read, in one article, that Lannom was afraid of her...so why was he staying with her?????????? Why would one stay with a person whom one feared?????? Just curious.

Yes, she was arrested BUT she only spent 7 days in jail. She was released for $99,999!!!! What an insult to ME and Tim's family.
SHAME ON YOU JUDGE ALLEN KLEIN!!!!
A guilty woman walks free because of her "CONNECTIONS" in the legal system, you slap the greiving family in the face with your FAVORTISM on her bond and you put MANY lives in DANGER. Tim is DEAD! Susan Pryor pulled the trigger. There is NO QUESTIONS THERE. He was MURDERED IN COLD BLOOD, PREMEDITATED REVENGE, GET IT?!? If anything happens to ANY of us, I hope you are investigated, too.

Tim was over at Susan's because his electricity was out in his place during the December ice storm. He was a peaceful, gentle, kind and generous man. She was armed to the gills and has changed her story several times. In 25 years of knowing him, I have NEVER seen him threaten anyone or RAISE his voice to anyone. This entire situation is absurb. I am personally afraid, however, my 140 pound guard and service dog would NOT let her get near me - or anyone I love. And, Tim I love you and your family.

Tim's electricity had been out but it was restored on December 14th at 3:00am. He actually was at Susan Pryors' Condo to help her arrange the repairs needed to close a real estate transaction the following day, the day she shot him. The repairs were paid for by Tim Lannom and the work was completed by a friend of Tim's, who had worked for her before but had not been paid by her so, Tim paid his friend for the work he did for Susan the last time and this time. It was Tim's nature to help people, not hurt them. The closing was a listing of Susan's, owned by CHEIF OF POLICE RON PALMER! This is NOT the first property she has represented Ron Palmer on. I am NOT saying Ron Palmer has anything to do with the shooting of Tim or the ridiculous circus made for the bail hearing. What I AM saying is she thought she was above the law because of her affiliation with certain "Officials", not just Ron Palmer. She thought she could get away with anything, like MURDER, because her buddies would help her out. Guess what? This is NOT THE CASE! There is way too much evidence on this case to cover it up! And besides, NO ONE WOULD DARE TAMPER WITH EVIDENCE OR OMIT STATEMENTS FOR A FAVOR.

I can sympathize with your grief and anger, but by law, Pryor has not yet been found to be guilty, thus she is entitled to post bond. Justice is sometimes slow, in coming, but it WILL come.

Bond is set, not by the degree of guilt, but by the degree of danger to the community IF she is guilty. There is also the question of flight risk. The bond amount does seem indecently low for this crime though. Did the proscecutor not present the danger she might be to others correctly? This might not be the fault of the judge but the "politically correct", elected DA's office.
