Here we go again 2nd degree murder, when he should be tried as the killer he is. Its time to kill the killers and that means execute.

The sad thing is even with 2nd degree murder he won't spend 10 years in jail. If he is tried as a youth full offender he will get a slap on the hand. Either way it's not enough and there is nothing that will bring this young woman back to her family. I think the family should decide the punishment.

Then when they make stupid and in this case tragic choices, think they can plead they are just children. Well enough is enough. He first told police that there was a drive by shooting, which is filing a false police report. Where are the charges for all of the lies he told. Then he and his gangs left the body at the hospital and drove off. He then lied to her parents and his friends cleaned up the murder scene. We have a DA that picks and chooses which gang he will support, and what charges he will not file. Lets get a DA that fights crime.

A very good friend of mine was killed in his own home by a man who had already been in and out of prison. He came home and the man was there to see a friend of his wife who was not at home.
He got angry they exchanged some words and got into a fight. The man stabbed him three times killing him.
His Attorney plead him down to 2nd degree manslaughter and he did 2 and a half years on a five. And that is with after former.

He shot the girl, then didn't call for help, let her die, then lied about it. He should be held accountable for what he did, as an adult, along with all of the kids involved in this tragedy. I guess the only thing I see wrong here is he is getting punished when there are several other kids who should be standing right next to him facing the music. They all lied about it.

Its politics as usual and the judge will try him as a minor and he will go back to school. What a sad shape our legal system is in and it wont get any better with all of the bleeding hearts. After they fix the health care they need to look at gangs, the legal mess, and the phoney judges.

liberal judges and politicians are bleeding hearts......they broke the justice system. Accountability is right out the window.
