Well if she is legal then yes she has a right to be here but to get mad because she didn't get a job lots of people don't get jobs. This country does afford it's citizens a great deal of personal freedom and civil rights, but there are always some who want to test the boundaries.

It's bad enough when those people who waste everyone's time and money on frivilous complaints are native citizens.
When people come here from another country and expect our nation to accomdate them rather than assimilate - they should expect public outrage.
Sort of like drivers exams in Farsi.

This young lady should get over herself.

Maybe it's because America and the Western powers have subjugated Muslims for hundreds of years? And bombed them for little reason than they think their government isn't good enough (i.e., pro-West enough)? If the US killed millions of my people through sanctions alone I wouldn't be too fond of America either.

I work at a hollister, it's a branch of a&f and the guidelines are the same. im a young black man thats very much into fashion and i believe that the lawsuit was ridiculous. they were not discriminating. i do admit that the comment was rude but its true. if you dont fit the image you shouldn't work their. the dresscode is pretty strict and i personally know this but a gothic kid would have been turned down also. some one who came in w baggy jeans or chains on their pants or even too much makeup would have been turned down for the job also. so basically if the girl felt discriminated against o well. if a mcdonalds worker wore a bk outfit to work there would be a problem. if you dont shop their or if you dont really know the brand you wouldn't understand

It was in my opion than illegal tractic on the government part to have hear say evidence allow as evidence it backfire since this is the fourth mistrail they cannot bring it up against. The FBI donot consider CAIR than terrorist group or supporter. Than Islamic Caliphate will happen and you might as well get use to that idear.

Maybe your country should've left their countries alone. Ever think of WHY 9/11 happened? And it's not cause "they hates our freeeedom".

I convert in 2002 and I was born in the USA. Most muslim are the kindist people I met and I was born with than brain damage speech and it impossible to learn than other language, I only know afew word of Arabic.
