It's good to hear that the tribe is willing to do something to help their own out. Cause the casino management sure wouldn't do anything to help.

I left Creek Nation Casino about 3 months ago after 4 years of devoted service. I worked in a certain department where the pay was screwed up from day one. Those who had lower seniority and/or lower experience/education than me were getting paid more. Even those hired on, doing the same job as me, were starting off making more than I was. After numerous complaints from myself and fellow co-workers to correct the problem, the department's director, JB, didn't care.

I'm glad my old co-workers got a much deserved raise. That raise was more than what my old boss gave me during my last evaluation, which was only 18 cents. That's not a raise, that's an insult. Hence why he's my OLD boss and I'm no longer there.
