Man Arrested In Toddler's Death

Well, another over-achiever that ALLEGEDLY abuses/maims/kills a baby. What a disgusting piece of filth/trash. NOW, why doesn't the DA charge the mother with the same crime? These "stupid, witless, no self-esteem, need a man" females should be charged with the same crime. Anyone with half a mind knows damn well that this has been an ongoing pattern of behaviour. Tim Harris - do your job - NO PLEA AGREEMENTS which seem to be your pattern of behaviour as the DA. I guess it makes the job so much easier just to plea down the "scumbags" - both male and female bunch of "losers".

This is just so sad. I can only imagine the pain the mother of this little one is going though. Someone you think you can trust with your child turns out to be the one who murders them. Because of this monster, poor little Jason got his angel wings too soon.

I agree with you, I have raised my 3 boys alone for the past 13 years and NO ONE would ever hurt them and live to be arrested for it. The mothers are just as responsible in these cases

There is no excuse for this man. How someone could harm a baby is beyond comprehension. I don't want to hear his excuses nor do I wish a court appointed psychiatrist to give me a bunch of psychological babble about his motives and childhood upbringing. He should be horse whipped and thrown into prison. His crime should also be relayed to all inmates at the prison so his remaining miserable existence would be sheer terror and hell.

Women like that stem from self-esteem issues. When you know your worth you don't put up with certain things. I agree as well the mother should be held accountable as well.

What a real man who can contend with a small child. What a total ass. There is no excuse for the mother not to protect her child. I don't care if she has no self-esteem.... You protect your child no matter what is going on inside of yourself. Both of them need to be in prison for the rest of their lives but we know that is NOT going to happen. The laws need to be changed when it comes to child abuse...no second chances for these people.

This is so tragic...i can't believe that the girlfriends are so desperate for a man that they allow them to mistreat their children!!! i see this alot among our caucasian race and its sad..you women must have self esteem issues or who said that you can't attract a man that will love u and your child..pathetic people!! mom should go to jail along with this white trash boyfriend..because this probably isnt the first time he's been beat by this pitful piece of dog dooky!!! thats ok..they'll be waiting for you on the line at mcalester..they love doing to them what they do to kids..trust me i know..worked there for 5 years and turned my back every time they took advantage of these child killers!!! There is no excuse for this kind of behaviour. I don't understand how a mother can put a man before her child. There had to be a sign that showed her some sort of abuse. I have 2 very rambuctious boys and there has been times that yes I wanted to beat the you know what out of them. But you have to walk away and count to 10 whatever to calm down. I am not a perfect parent and am fortunate their father is very involved. However if I ever felt ANYONE was abusing my kids in any way shape or form - they will have the wrath of me and that is not pretty! Momma lion will come out!

This ******* should fry!!!! Where was the mother during all of this? How long had they been dating? She had no idea he was of a violent nature?

Most every one of these incidents is always while "Mom" is @ work. This wasn't the first time this child was abused. The "boyfriend" just used too much force. What a loser. First they need to sterilze "Mom" so she doesn't have anymore children for a low life to abuse. She is as disgusting as the boyfriend or even more so.

I have kids, one is close to this poor baby's age and my heart just broke when I read this. I saw somewhere else he did it because the child wasn't behaving. Duh! He's a toddler! She had left him with this man for no more than an hour. He couldn't control his anger for that long! He knew she had kids, if he couldn't tolerate kids, he should have stepped on!

Inmates hate crimes against children, especially in cases like this. He'll get what's coming to him. Guards have a tendacy to be looking the other way when a baby killer/rapist has it coming! I hope they do a number on him and make him suffer.

Oh, she has like 2 or 3 other children that are now in protective custody.

I realize I don't know the whole story and shouldn't jump to conclusions. Maybe the mother truly had no idea nor was she present at the time, but it will take a lot of convencing to get me to believe she had no prior knowledge of this guy's behavior and his capabilities. People don't just develope that type of behavior over night. This had to have been a long time coming and their would have had to been red flags along the way.

Poor poor little baby. Another precious life lost because of a loser. How very sad, when is this kind of behavior going to NOT be accepted? There really are no words... sad sad sad

This guy is an idiot and yes the mother should also face charges. It doesn't matter if you are single...take care of your own kids and don't leave them with anyone! I hate hearing stories like this. The mom should be worried about her kids not having a low life scum boy friend in her life. It is worth being alone until your kids are grown then putting them in harms way.

I agree with equal punishment for the mother if she knew anything at all about the abuse her child was receiving from this man....whatever punishment he gets, she should get it too !!! Just breaks my heart....I have kids and grandkids and in all the times I've been angry with them, I have NEVER been SO ANGRY that I would ever EVER throw them across the room!! And I would NEVER allow anyone else to treat them in that manner either....

okay single mothers; when will get tired of thinking that it can't or won't happen to you;if you are at responsible you read the news or see it on tv--every week innocent babies die at the neglect of uncaring/selfish parents;do what i did
when i raised my two on my own;i used noasitol as
birth control--it wasn't easy but it was a lot safer and my kids and i did not suffer;they are grown now and i can do "my own thing"!"NOASITOL ";less suffering on all involved and well worth the sacrifice

I agree with everyone of you except Jeannie who is feeling sorry for the mother of this poor little baby.
It is nice to know there is still some common sense being used.
Did anyone see the grandmother on Tulsa Fox 23 news last night defending the boyfriend? You could tell by looking at her she was a piece of trash.
The mother should be arrested and charged the same as her boyfriend.
The mother is more guilty than the boyfriend by not protecting her child from this monster.
Thank goodness the other children have been placed in protective custody.
