The sad thing is, the victim hit by the car was probably getting ready to get into his own car and leaving a bar at 2:30 in the morning, he was probably smashed himself. So, we get 2 drunks off the road in one sweep. I hope he has a speedy recovery and maybe he will have learned something from this but....................I doubt it.
