This case is ridiculous. Someone got lazy & wanted to close their file quickly. Understandable, however, lock up a Sociapath - not this guy....ridiculous.

Not Guilty.

Didn't have a gun, doesn't own a gun, wasn't even his stupid fight. While I was in Tucson yesterday, I asked with those Angels are up to - was told they are gathering toys for their annual toys for Tots. Those guys don't need to be bad to prove how tough & authentic they are - so get over it already.

Another interesting thing to this case is the very record they are using against Johnny, those that were actually involved in those cases know full well Johnny got an undeserved shaft because the Police Crews at that time needed him to say & do what they wanted him to say & do. When he refused, they made good on their threat to ruin his life for it. This guy is old school honorable. His word & handshake hold more merit than any contract we could write & have signed.

This time: "us" who know him cannot stand by in our own good conscience & allow this tragedy to repeat itself. We've had to suck it up as Shawn was murdered & the allowance of letter that guy get away with it. This stand is long over-do.

Hmmm, I wonder if this fits into the category of "hate crimes" ?

As far as the law is concerned; there isn't any difference between civil & criminal disobediance.

Time Served already for a crime of which he holds no guilt. If they are not going to arrest the maniac shooter, isn't it at least time they freed Johnny?
