Does anyone know about the new case against Michael "Panhead" Enriquez? I was friends with the girl he tortured and raped back in 2003 and heard recently that he has done the same thing to his ex-girlfriend and tried to kill her.Does anyone know who the girl is? Or anything about the new case?

A Tucson motorcycle gang member was sentenced to three years probation Tuesday after pleading guilty to assisting a criminal street gang.
Michael “Pan Head Mike” Enriquez was indicted in August 2004 on 11 felony charges, including kidnapping, sexual assault, aggravated assault after a Tucson woman was kidnapped, beaten, raped, sodomized and tortured for hours with a stun gun, jumper cables and batteries.
A further investigation proved Enriquez had nothing to do with the attack on the woman, but that he had bought some drugs from the gang, defense attorney Richard Lougee said during the sentencing.
Enriquez was guilty of what he pleaded to, Lougee said.
The torture case came to light after four men were found badly wounded and left for dead in Box Canyon, near Green Valley, in April 2003, according to Pima County Sheriff's Department reports.
One of the men told deputies that they were kidnapped and beaten by fellow members of the Devil's Disciples because they had gone too far in punishing a woman who had failed to pay a drug debt and left a gang member’s house messy.
Nine people were indicted following an investigation, some in connection with the torture case, others on drug charges.
Six people aside from Enriquez also entered plea agreements. Five are serving sentences that range from probation up to seven years in prison and a sixth was sentenced to time already served awaiting trial.
Two women indicted in connection with the case are scheduled to enter plea agreements later this month. Tina Louise Butz is accused of forcing the woman into a car and driving her to the scene of the attack and Debbie Hone is accused of watching the victim’s children during the attack.
