It’s my understanding that this LDS leader was on the FBI’s 10 most wanted list.
Which U.S town doesn’t have teenage girls having sex?
Which U.S. city doesn’t have pimps selling teen prostitutes?
There are thousands of internet sites that sell bare-assed pictures of teen and preteen girls which apparently comply with title 18 regulations on pornography.

So, why is the sex with a teen girl such an issue with this particular guy, when teen girls are regularly bought and sold in every city in America?

If teen girls were actually “sweet and innocent”, or if we actually prosecuted the pimps who sell underage girls, then I’d understand why everyone is cheering about the capture of this guy.
“Big brother” simply wants this guys sorry ass, and they got him.
I sincerely believe that “big brother” doesn’t want religious separatist groups going off to do their own thing… and that’s the real issue.

Has everyone already forgotten that the ATF murdered 73 people in Waco, TX?!
Five of the ATF’s victims were under 5 years old.

There’s no question about it in my mind. You can get away with any crime you want to in this country,(including sex with minors), as long as you don’t do it under the flag of some kind of separatist group.

The NWO government doesn’t like it when people aren’t “joiners”.

I wonder how long it will be before the government puts a stop to the “terrorists” in other religions… such as Baptists, Methodists, Assemblies of God. Ect…?

I agree with that, Paige. Unfortunately, there are those that believe imperfect men can lead perfectly. That believe their leadership is infallible. That if you trust in a certain man, that he will never lead you astray.

Christ is the only one we should follow. He is the only one that can lead us to exaltation. Anything more or less than this is the doctrine of the devil.

I bet your Wife has to cover her Head This is the U.S.A. Guys do not own Women here . Of course a man would love to be the owner of a 14 year old girl. That is why you object to reason.

"Of course a man would love to be the owner of a 14 year old girl."

Actually I prefer MILF's, 35 y.o.'s and older. I'll take an experienced woman over some little 14 y.o. tramp. I love large lips and the pudge that hangs below from childbirth. Don't you? So don't group me in with these sick phucks who prefer teenagers.

If a bunch of brainwashed people want to wear holy fruit-of-the-looms and have multiple wives husbands or whatever its fine with me as long as everyone involved is a consenting adult. But remember this creep before you do something stupid and vote for Flip Flop Mitt.

Oh yeah, cause it's not like Joe Smith ever messed around with 14 year-olds or anybody else's wife. http://www.youtube.com/watch...

How often do you think the Bishop sits there behind his desk rubbing his peter when little Brian sits there and says I masturbate thinking about Sister Hardy and the Mia Maids?

I am not Mormon. I do not live in Hildale or the area surrounding. But I do know a few people who live there and are in the FDLS and do practice polygamy. They are fine people and have many good qualities. There is so much dysfunctionalism and idolatry everywhere that I think miserable people want to take their frustrations out on the FDLS.
What is the worst crime that Jeffs is to be accused of in court? Arranging marriages of girls who are 15 or 16 years old? But don't they have arranged marriages even today in India and other countries? and hasn't it been very common in the past in many cultures including European? And historically in the past hasn't it been very normal for girls in that age group to get married? and I do not believe that these girls were physically forced to marry in that they could've fled the scene as some did. They were coercec, but they could've defied that coercion by fleeing.
People love to hate.
History is not always correct. People used to think the earth is flat. Children were forced into labor and there was slavery. There are laws now to protect people. The age of consent is important to protect young people of both sexes from pedophiles and inappropriate experiences before they are ready and able to make an informed decision.
