John McCain was NOT born in America.

You have to be born in America to run for president.

He was born in the Panama Canal Zone.

And yet KGUN 9 News has not told you about this.

Neither has KOLD 13.

His father was active duty in the military. So your saying children of military members are not citizens and do not have the right to run for president....your a tool

The Constitution says that you have to be a "natural born citizen" not "born in America." Now what "natural born citizen" means is an entirely different story, but unlikely to be that McCain is not eligible to be President.

More likely natural born citizen is just the opposite of a naturalized citizen. So because he was a citizen when he was born, because his parents were, he's fine.
