I think this is hog wash. I believe the buyers of the property have a social and moral obligation to the citizens of Tucson to keep the movie theater open. The DeAnza drive-in movie theatre represents a great nostalgic American past time. It offers families a fun and safe place to spend quality time together. Sure, it's not a quick money maker, but how can one put a price tag on family time? Does Tucson really need a new strip mall?!
