Gang ties cited in gunfire death of 17-year-old

Three people were arrested in a gang-related altercation that left a Tucson teen shot dead outside a South Side convenience store Monday afternoon, police said.

Roy David Fierros did not know these people and he wasn't in a gang. So there for how could this be gang related. He just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.

The three suspects wore blue and the victim wore red and they did reseach they were rival gang members, so it was a gang related crime which is now so common in todays society. When it really comes down to the human body we are all the same, we all bleed the same. My condelence to the family and to the mother of this child's baby may god help you through this hard time. With a State Law like that, The people who are killing other people would soon slow down because they'd get the message, they won't go to Camp Cup Cake anymore, its your dead in 30 days upon conviction. An eye for an eye and a life for a life. Now that would be a good law to have here today.
