Police have arrested four men in connection with an alleged stash house that contained cocaine bundles with a street value of $400 million, officials said.

It's real simple....Claymore/Teller mines across the entire southern US Border, Apache GunShips with authorization to fire upon anyone/vehicle coming across the border in unauthorized zones without warning, any illegals caught walking or driving inside the US borders get taken out in the desert and don't come back.
