Very interesting poll John is being charged because he was involved in a felony .A similar scenario would be like this .Your the driver for a bank robber the bank robber kills some one in the bank. If you get caught you get charged with murder also even though you did not rob the bank or shoot any one .Its the way AZ law is.

I get that. Using this theory however, would mean that the clients standing in line @ the bank would be chargable if they had a record.

The Shooter was not John. John's friend was not the Shooter. Just TPD locking people up "they" don't like for anything they can come up with.

To me, it makes "them" the criminals while they claim to "serve & protect". Serve themselves & protect themselves ~ okay ~ but not while we pay for it.

I understand your point but in this incident the "shooter " has been deemed innocent so the state has decided to after the people who caused the incident and one of them is dead .There only looking for people directly involved so if I have a record of violence and witnessed what happened the police would have to question me.To determine if I was involved or not.

I understand what you are saying here, seriously. Here's the problem. Who "deemed" the shooter innocent? Who individually has that kind of power?

I'm not completely sure about this one either; another guy was murdered in the jail & a jury decided the jail wasn't responsible.... Really? WTF? Are they all gangsters in that place, or what?

Set John Majalca Free. He's already paid his dues. He already did the time for being a stupid kid. Why institionlize him for good? Because he likes tattoes? That's not a good enough reason to throw him in jail for a crime he clearly did not commit.

Woe! I'm a believer in putting the Music Income back into the pockets of the Musicians but attacking people for the race, creed, color, religions, etc...only adds to the bad Qi. Put that passion into your music. The Bandit has catered to Bikers since the day it opened; I cannot even remember how many year ago this was. Everybody is quite free to associate with whom they choose. This blog is to insure Johnny gets his "earned" right to do so as well; rather anyone likes it or not ~ he did not kill Shawn.
