No doubt JKP won this battle but they have lost war to win the hearts of people. There was no rebuttal of charges of "consensual" sex and misappropriation of funds from charity.

On July 16, 2007, the malicious charges that had been brought against the Hindu religious leader, Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj, during his world tour visit to Trinidad were dismissed by the judge after the prosecution announced that there was no evidence supporting the case, as it was false.
Jagadguru Shree Kripalu ji Maharaj reveals the actual Divine knowledge of God realization giving hundreds of Sanskrit quotations from our scriptures and discards religious hypocrisy. Thus religiously prejudiced people in the world tried to defame Shree Maharajji and the Hindu religion and falsely accused him in a well organized attempt while he was on a month long visit to Trinidad on the invitation of his devotees.
However the actual events were never reported in the media. Only sensational fabrications were printed, and reprinted and discussed online by people who had no direct knowledge of the situation at all. Shree Jagadguruji Maharaj is 85 years of age, has had two heart attacks and is not keeping well. Still his service to mankind is unmatched.
Jagadguru Shree Kripalu ji Maharaj (Ram Kripalu Tripathi) is the fifth original Jagadguru (world spiritual master) of this age. He is on his second world tour with his wife and daughters and is currently in Trinidad. He has an extremely large following around the globe yet he does not own even a single yard of land in the whole world. His entire life is a Divine charity. Shree Jagadguruji Maharaj has built temples, a school and charitable hospitals in India and has inspired many philanthropic activities.

Because the properties are in the name of his children and grand children. These properties and bank accounts are a result of donations.

He has a very materialistic family. One of his son's said that he didnt want to sit and listen to kirtan and that could they go sight seeing instead. He said thes people will keep on singing only. Anyway there have been 100s of such sex crazed gurus so nothing new here.
Strange how the followers think that it must have been a campaign agaist him-they assume he is v famous. People have not even heard of him.
Anyone that comes from Vrindavan do not even want to see his face and these are other acharyas (nothing to do with ISKCON).

THE STATE conceded yesterday there was no evidence to make out a prima facie case for rape against 85-year-old international Swami (Hindu priest), Jagadguru Ram Tripathi Maharaj.
As a result, Deputy Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) Roger Gaspard, informed the court that the DPP’s department was discontinuing the matter against the Swami.
Deputy Chief Magistrate Mark Wellington, presiding in the San Fernando First Magistrate’s Court, then informed the Swami that he was free to go.
This order brought cries of jubilation from the crowd which had gathered in and outside the courtroom, and exchanges of hugs between devotees of the Swami.
Swami Tripathi Maharaj was alleged to have raped and molested a 22-year-old Guyanese woman in a prayer-room, at a house at which he was staying in San Fernando, when she visited him in May.
When the matter was called yesterday morning, Gaspard told the court that the State’s evidence in the matter was tenuous and they (the State) would not be able to make out a prima facie case against Maharaj. Gaspard then made an application before the court to have the matter discontinued. Magistrate Wellington said no evidence was offered and he then dismissed the matter.

Doubts Aplenty, Will JKP Not Clear Them?

A few strange things have been observed at JKP centers worldwide and among their devotees after the news of 'Case being dropped on their Guruji at Trinidad Court'.

1. There have been widespread celebration among the devotees at the JKP centers, including bursting of crackers, lavish parties and dancing in ecstacy.

2. JKP centers are getting ready for a Heroes Welcome to their Guruji, when he returns to India, sometime during the end of july. It is as if, their Guruji is returning home after winning a major battle.

3. Interesting thing is that, JKP is a spiritual body and not a political party or any mundane entity. But, the celebrations and jubiliations, tell us that, they are no different from a mundane group.

4. A spiritual body, who considers their Guruji as Krishna or Radha, the devotees would have already known the verdict, as none can do any harm to Krishna. It is just His leela. But, the outburst of emotions and lavish parties, make us feel that the devotees including didijis were very sceptical about the outcome and were not having faith on their devotion or Guruji. The verdict would have been taken, as a commonplace by them.

5. This also suggests that, JKP might have tried extensively to cover up certain loopholes and they have succeeded in doing so, and hence is showing so much ecstacy after the verdict. JKP's celebration looks quite conspicuous.

6. The case was a Rape Charge. And the Trinidad Court dropped the case because, the evidence was not strong enough, whether, THE GIRL HAD CONSENT OR NOT WHILE HAVING SEX. That's clear from Gaspard's statement. If consent was there apriori by the girl, then, it will not be reagrded as a RAPE Case, and it will be regarded as a normal consensual SEX. WHETHER THE GIRL HAD SEX DURING THE ALLEGED PERIOD IS NEVER CONTESTED IN THE COURT, ONLY THE CONSENT OF THE GIRL FOR HAVING SEX IS CONTESTED IN THE COURT AND THAT HAS NOT ENOUGH EVIDENCE AS PER THE LAWS OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO. COURT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH A CONSENSUAL SEX.

7. JKP people should not feel, that the court has given a clean chit to their guruji on not having SEX with GIRL. Court has just said, that there is no evidence of a RAPE.

8. JKP, you are a respected spiritual body and definitely have intellectual people in your fold. Show restraint and prove that NO SEX TOOK PLACE WITH THE GIRL ON THAT NIGHT OR DAY AT TRINIDAD WITH WHOSOEVER WITHIN THE JKP PREMISES.

9. Whether it is a RAPE or just SEX, it tantamounts to same thing for a respected spiritual body like yours.

10. I reiterate, that seeing all the reports from Trinidad papers, JKP is still under the cloud of PROMULGATING SEXUAL ACTIVITIES WITHIN THEIR PREMISES, IT MAY NOT BE RAPE, BUT CAN VERY WELL BE CONSENSUAL.
JKP, the world is questioning you. Come Clear.

Several allegations from across the world from alleged devotees, point out towards CONSENSUAL SEX BEING PROMINENT WITHIN YOUR PREMISES. Come Clear and Respond.

OSHO's philosophy openly spoke about sex within his ashrams and that too for a specific spiritual reason. He was clear in his approach and the world was also clear. There was no Hypocrisy.

But, in case of JKP, they are preaching something to the external world, but, as per the umpteen number of allegations on Charan Seva and Consensual Sex being prominent within JKP premises/ashrams make us feel that JKP is acting like a true HYPOCRITE. They are witholding information, which they are performing within, and speaking on high philosophies, when they are in public.

JKP, do not act like a Hypocrite. I am sure you do not consider the world a place for stupid people, who does not understand these basic differences in approach by JKP.

It is beyond any doubt to the world, that during Charan Seva, lots of intense affair take place within your premises, in the name of Krishna Prem or Gopi Bhao.

So, JKP, please, do not be a Hypocrite. Whatever is happening within your premises, if that has a spiritual meaning, why are you afraid to bring that out to common people. The more you suppress, the more the world will feel suspicious about you.

So, again do not act like a Hypocrite.

Guru loves in 2 ways. One, like a rainfall, when he loves everybody equally, like rain falls from above. Second, he loves each and everyone like a Maali (who takes care of every flower and plant from small to big). He understands the specific needs of each and every disciple, devotee just as a Maali understands the need of every small plant and flowers. But, he never becomes the Maalik (the owner).

Instead of Guru, we now want more of Guru Priti, just as instead of Krishna, we need more of Krishna Prem. That's why a Rasik Sant says, so many demons fought with Rama, but, all of them never changed and remained Demons, for ages.

A simple love of a lover on his fiancee, can remove all his negative traits, as smoking. If simple love of a fiancee can make so much change, then, see, how much change can happen, if we love the Supreme Being, the dearest, the lover of all lovers.

So, Rasik sant says, Krishna prem should be sought and Guru Priti should be sought.

Have seen Charusheela's writings in another forum, I am moved by her emotions, devotion and writing. She prayed for Shri Maharajji with pure heart. Her prayers will definitely be heard. God has given her the right platform and opportunity to reach the pinnacle of spiritual bliss. Her questions got answered, doubts cleared. Keep no doubts on your Guruji and Didijis. I pray to God that may never any doubt crop up in her mind.

I am sufferring from doubt for last 2 years. Whenever I met the Ashramites of JKP, I am faced with someone asking for money including Didijis. Yes, I am a working professional, and may be I can afford to donate a bit, as well. But, I also had many questions, spiritual, somehow, because of (may be my own problem) facing this money menace, my mind always turned negative on this institituion. Often, I felt, I am being looked at as a money giving machine, in thousands, tens of thousands and even in lakhs. Tell me what would any person feel, when someone is being repeatedly asked for huge sums of money in a spiritual body. With our little intelligence, we could feel, that we were being treated separately from others, who are not able to donate large sums. We are being made to feel special, as we are major donors, at least in a particular group. Still, we kept on 'acting' in front of Ashramites and Didijis, knowingly that, they are giving me special treatment for my money. I started to feel, very guilty and sad, why they love me for my money and donations. Why? Why? Why? I still have no answer. First time, I met Shri Maharajji alongwith a Didiji, and I went there with sheer ecstacy and bliss. It was at Barsana. I found, the meeting was for a very different purpose. I was introduced and then, I was asked to take a gift from Shri M'ji which costed in tens of thousands. I was shocked. I had no money at that time, and even no money to spare in the next 2-3 months. But, due to reverance of a saintly community, I requested, if I can get another gift which may be smaller and costs less. But, they insisted, Maharajji and Didijis, for the same costly gift, and I was forced to accept the gift, not knowing what to do with the gift and how to pay for. I never expected my first meeting turning out so sour. May be it is because of my bad Sanskar. I am sure, Shri M'ji and the Didijis did, what is best for me. B'cos they are definitely more knowledgeable than this dumb-me. I don't know, who is at fault? But, what would a new person, feel, in such a situation, when they reach a spiritual guru in his ashram and then faced with such a situation. I request other readers to RESPOND with their VIEWS.

Because, I love Radha and Krishna from my birth and I love them tooo much. So, even if my mind repeatedly faces the money syndrome, I keep going to this institution, again and again, because the love for Radha Krishna is effulgent in this institution. And I still tried to love the Ashram and Ashramites, forgetting all the torture I faced, financially. I dont consider myself a miser, as I have seen myself donating to the last penny in several spiritual functions in different areas, when the need arises. I even go to the last limit of keeping not a single penny in savings, when I find that some spiritual program is waiting for want of money. But, at JKP, I faced with a situation, where, I was made to feel like a miser, that I am not donating, because I do not want to. I always stay in debt with JKP donations. Because they ask for more and more. I have deep faith on Radha and Krishna and I know, whatever is happening, they will take care of me.

When I am not forced, I give them everything and I love them, too. When I am forced, they take away everything from me, and I still love them, but with pain and some doubt. Why they forced me? Can someone answer? Had they not forced me, I could have become as devoted as Charusheela. I gave everything to them, and I will give everything in future, as well. But, please do not force. JKP Ashramites, please consider the pleas from heart of people like me. PLEASE DONT FORCE PEOPLE TO PAY, EVEN IF YOU GET ONE-TENTH OF THE DONATIONS. BUT, YOU WILL GET SOME WHOLE-HEARTED DONATIONS AND YOU WILL FIND ONLY THOSE PEOPLE WHO COME FORWARD FOR LOVE AND IN LOVE, THEY GIVE AWAY EVERYTHING. Tilottama, Ma, I am writing to you. You are still young and have yourself enmeshed in such a widely publicised quite gory matter. I am much senior to you. If you feel, my words carry some weight, ponder on it and then act.

Know that TRUTH is such a Power, that can never be suppressed or killed or eliminated. So, don't be on the side of anybody, be on the side of TRUTH. TRUTH is eternal. If your conscience tells you that you are at fault regarding the Trinidad case, then, don't bother about the world, come in front of the world and tell with conviction, that you made a mistake and then surrender to the lotus feet of Lord and also ask for forgiveness to the one, who was alleged by you.
