I,too, sadly witnessed the naked woman on the sidewalk on High Street in San Fernando. It was a very upsetting and unpleasant sight. I thought of calling the Police Department or the Red Cross to assist this woman, who seemed in need of a variety of social, medical and other services.

It was truly a sad sight. I hope San Fernando has the services she desperately needs.
