Vietnam nabs suspected baby traffickers
Police said Monday they have arrested two people in northern Vietnam for trying to transport a newborn baby to China as part of a baby-trafficking ring, the second suspected ring broken up in a week.

I am very curious as to what is meant by widespread, I am only aware of a few cases involving the United States. The cases involving China will not change if Vietnam suspends its bilateral agreement. Kidnapping occurs in all countries including the United States, it is a tough crime to prevent. Punishemnt by police is the only deterent I can think of.

The problem is that commie police there are so corrupt, and ppl if they see the crime they don't dare to report since they are scared of thugs as well as the inficiency of police.
No one trusts Commie police there and since poverty is widespread it is hard to prevent these things. Hope they kick these murderous and corrupt commies out of 63 years of colonialism!
