Italy to give a hand to disabled Vietnamese

Italia's government and an Italian nongovernmental organization will provide a total of 1.61 million for a project to rehabilitate Vietnamese with disabilities, according to the Italian embassy.

Are those Vietnamese disabilities used to kill 59 thousand US GI .They can used AK47 to be the cane .
