I love how the USA and its politicians keep underestimating the movement that has begun in Latin America. As I see it, the US had options, when they would have been less complicated. What's happening here is deepening quickly. When the business and financial interests of Russia are threatened, it's an invitation to conflict!

Maybe Chavez laughs at the US during the election season, realizing even BUSH just wants this to be over, so someone else and less experienced can try to deal with it.

No matter WHAT happens, Venezuelans will suffer. and the US will be in for MUCH more recourse than they've experienced from IRAQ's resistance.... this is mighty close to home, too!
