This year I have chosen to take my business elsewhere because United Airlines doesn't even treat me as well as other airlines, where I have no "status," treat me. It's the sad demise of a once good airline, all at the hands of an inept Mr. Tilton.

Now taking away a meal in biz class just doesnt seem like a good idea to me. I know I will avoid UAL when I travel intl now.

I'm an US employee in phx and I witness it everyday, alot of flights only bring in a whopping $10-30 selling drinks. It's a worthless shoe-string shotgun operation.

Not to mention the amount of money needed to fund the new card scanners, it is a complete wash and does more harm than good. No go back and finish reading that People magazine.

Customers that I come across do not mind paying. You do not have to agree with me but the insults are uncalled for. You do not know me.
