and NO place is safe after dark ,... not even the loop or river north ,... grant park or Lincoln park ,....

the locals know you should stay away from Garfield park ,...or rainbow beach , at all times of the day --
but last year ,.. even "safe" oak street beach the lake front bike path had mobs of feral welfare children and gang bangers , attacking bicyclists fishermen and joggers ,...
