Looks like Brengle's past focus has been consolidating disparate economic development groups into one organization. Is that why he was hired here?
Could this be the guy who leads Terre Haute away from the "it's their job, not mine" method of attracting and retaining jobs that our mayor, Steve Witt, Rod Henry, David Patterson and their respective staffs have been touting? Think of the savings our community could realize by combining our Economic Development Corporation (Witt), Tourism Bureau (Patterson) and Chamber of Commerce (Henry now Brengle) into one, accountable Super Group!
