Holiday season in crisis as Thai tourism plummets

Is it still save to come to Thailand?? our trip is next week, and need to know if we should cancel!!?? please any help will do?!

It is fine. Although, I'm in Australia but I'm Thai so I know it is fine according to my family and friends back in Thailand. Hope this help.

"Thailand" still is a beautiful country. I dont want to insult "Thailand" as a hole.

To all the tourist, you have to asked yourself. Why are you visiting "Thailand". Is it for the cheap sex?. Or you want to discovered the country?.

If you answer: "Cheap sex", than wear a condom and be safe. If you care about the history and the people, than you must understand why the country are divided. We have a chinese control "Thailand", a chinese fake king, a chinese bought army,and a chinese prime minister.
The division has always been there, but thru "Thaitifaction" and "Lese Majeste". The chinese king has put fear in the people. Its just now seeps back to the surface once agian.

Please read up on the history of "Thailand", and understand were it came from. Chinese dit not built those temple, Chinese did not invent those tradition clothes and mor lum. "Thailand" are made up of Lanna(Tai/Lao),Essan(Lao Lan xang), Siam(Tai/Lao/Khmer), and Phatani (Malay).

Chinese dont care about "Thailand" as a union. They care about making money. If they are Chinese, they will alway think chinese first.

Unfortunatley, the redshirts are now going to damage Thailand's reputation, just as much as the yellow shirts did. Its obscene what they are both doing to their country. They are doing to Thailand, the same thing i do to the girls of Soi Cowboy.

Talked to my american friend in Bangkok yesterday. He says all is fine, a little quiet, but infrastructure is fine. He is getting ready for a visa run and planning a move to Chaing Mai, in future, but he will still me there when i return in July. I noticed tourism had dropped off some, when i was there last august.

Yes, there are alot of good chinese people around the world. Some struggle to makes a living and to feed their children. I watched the new from China. They are being kick out of their homes, and lands by big business. Sound very similar!

I dont hate chinese. But i hate the chinese that occupied Siam and then later "Thailand". These chinese, for the past 200 years are greedy, theives, and they control every aspect of Thai society.

The chinese bangkok and the chinese king rewrote the history of Siam and "Thailand". They introduced "Thaitification" and "Lese mejeste" to shut the people of "Thailand" from the truth.

Asean countries support Asean members. What do you know about all these countries.
