Just another example of the corruption that exsists in the State of North Carolina. How in the name of our God above does a trip to Africa help with treating the folks in Eastern North Carolina. Now if she had gone to MEXICO I could see it, since there are so many "ILLEGAL ALIENS" from Mexico in North Carolina that are overloading the health care system.
