first they had to change many names of the belgrade streets,now they have to spent money on trumpets,kissing butt is a hobby for serbs.

Likewise, Medvedev deserves a welcome gesture in Belgrade for not allowing illegal kosova in the UN and it will never become a real country. The most it can achieve is to be a UN/EU protectorate, while legally Kosovo is a part of Serbia of course.
