The Swiss Embassy in Tbilisi is ready to represent Russia's interests in Georgia, which broke off diplomatic relations with Moscow at the end of August, Switzerland's mission said Monday.

The Swiss are neutral and they often represent the interests of foreign governments that are on 'speaking terms'. Money in Swiss banks and influence have nothing to do with this so both you're comments are off topic.
