If the customer all know that before hand. I don't think they're going to stay in that hotel they're going to look somewhere else to stay.

We had a discussion today of the difference between the hotels in the Philippines and Thailand. P.I. can't hold a candle to the Thai hotels. Thai hotels are cheaper, many times nicer, classy oh and free aircon.

He is actually displaying ignorance by offering a blanket opinion without reflecting or commenting on prices - why pay for things you don't need? I don't want to stay in a hotel offering me everything at twice the price.
