they have a hot dry summer and it's CLIMATE CHANGE? that's called weather. we had a very hot summer in 1976, no rain from May to October, and temperatures up to 100F. All the grass turned brown and trees wilted. Didn't last though, back to normal in 1977. Still pissing down with rain today in Britain, 3rd day now!
