Couple facing deportation to Iran plead for asylum

They have been here twenty years supporting the community. They work hard, pay taxes and employ people in their store. They have children and grandchildren who are citizens. Why can't they stay?

they have been here for a very long time, run their own store and do not take from the government so what exactly is the problem with them staying??
I can see illegals getting boot because they r milking the system yes NP boot them out but hard working people who have done nothing other than try to have a better life , I just don't see where the problem is with them being here.. besides he is 68 or something come on leave them alone and let them live in this country amongst their family..

ok so because he happens to be from Iran originally, the country we r obviously at war with.. suddenly he is a suspected spy WTF.. he is 68 yrs old and his family has been here at least 20 yrs from what I read and if him and his wife r deported he could get stoned to death by law for an inter religious marriage.. oh yes sure sounds like spy material to me..
give me a break.. a 68 yr old man and his wife who have run the local corner store for almost 20 yrs have been secretly giving usa information to iran.. wow did u open ur eyes before saying that or were u still dreaming..

Have they read the United States Constition? Would they fight for this country? Do they speak our language? Do they know the "Pledge Allegiance To The Flag" our flag and not theirs? Are they willing to S H I T can their garb and dress like an American? Is their Alliance with Iran or are they saying its with the United States just to live here. Have they paid their fair share of their taxes?

how many on here have honestly read the constitution word for word..sry but not a valid point .. we all know r rights and basics but very few of us have ever read the entire constitution including every preamble to it..
