If one wants to be competetive in the $100.00 lottery business the need to offer cash and cars and expensive houses. The cars have to have a the take the money option. Same for cruise. The lesser prizes need to be something everybody wants, money, perhalps electronics, not jewelery, binoculars, tote bags, golf clubs, jacuzzis or excercise equipment. Some people have no use for these types of prizes. Some people live in apartments, some people don't like cruises and somelike to pick out their own jewelery.

This lottery has missed the mark. The brochure that is supposed to be on their website is not there.

The other cancer lottery that does not have its draw until January is doing fine. So it is not the time of year that is causing the problem.
