I thought he escaped into exile due to the country's new PM threats? Why does he still have the right to roam around Thailand and deal business?

I hope Cambodia will not fall into Thaksin's trick. All Khmers people don't trust the Thai people anymore because they have a history of stealing lands. Thaksin wants to invest his money in Koh Kong, and some other place throughout Cambodia. Cambodia will agree to Thasin's deals, and later the land will be his. This is another method of stealing land.
