40 hurt when Qantas plane forced to land

Qantas Airlines sent two planes to Exmouth, Australia, to ferry passengers to Perth after another Qantas plane made an emergency landing, officials said.

This is a complete misrepresentation of facts. 40 people were injured by severe air turbulence, and that forced the plane to make an emergency landing, not the other way around. No people were injured due to the landing itself

Oh crap. I didn't need to see that.
In one month from tomorrow, I will be flying from LA on Qantas to Oz....they better get themselves together & out of these situations. I don't want to be a statistic!!
I'm finally getting to live out my dream to get to Australia & wonder if I am going to end up playing a harp for all eternity instead!!!

Try Japan Airlines or United instead. Their airfares to Sydney are nearly half of Qantas. I just booked my flight to Sydney to see my's niece's wedding with Jal for about $1300 round trip.

with a string of disasters of dangerous magnitude-quantas must seriously rethink its maintanance strategy.personnel in that sector
have gone lax.i say replace that lot of dingoes with koalas
