My proposal is to recycle the whole nation: New constitution, new flag and anthem where evry one is respected and considered a citizen.

You are dreaming mate. These racist Sinhala modayas will never agree to that. This entire war is the war of the embattled tamil minority fighting for their rights and justice against a racist Sinhala majority that is held victim by the Mahavamsa mindset. Unless the Sinhala modayas lose their Mahavamsa mindset and accept Sri Lanka as a diverse, multi-cultural polity this war will go on. That is the sad truth. Unfortunately, the Sinhala modayas are a despicable, arrogant, knave lot - they will never shed their racism and therefore this war will go on until there is a Tamil Eelam (God willing).

in the eastern provine of sri lanka there is peace with tamils ( pillaiyan and his followers) running the democratically elected provincial council
