Yes the pot industry has changed for the worse.
It used to be mom and pops as you said.
Now it is over ran by people from every race and color looking for the big money.
Read the booking log from the Mendocino County Sheriff and look at the pictures.
Most of the growers that are caught are not Mexicans.
BUT MOST OF THE BOOKINGS FOR ALL CRIMES ARE MEXICANS.
So when are you going to demand from elected officials to seal it or fire them….
As for the general living in Puerto Vallarta compared to Nor. Cal. There is no comparison.
In comparison PV hands down is……….
1. Safer.
2. Better schools.
3. Better weather.
4. Better food.
5. Friendlier people.
6. Less hoops to jump over from the government.
7. Easier to do business.
8. A fare tax code that is easy to understand.
9. More respectful of elders.
10. Better family values.
11. Over all better quality of life.
And at one quarter to one half the price
It is 5.00 PM here and I am taking my kids to the beach.
