Illegal Sabah occupier Federation of Malaya masquerading as Malaysia should increase the rental being paid to the Sultan of Sulu and Sabah to $ 30 billion dollars annually and not $ 1500.00 dollars.

Seeing it belongs to that peoples who have hereditary title to their belonging together as a different race of peoples why can't these choose to annul the contract and be the owner of their own future in their own land ?

You are right when you said hereditary title. The Sultan of Sulu and Sabah is the owner of Sabah as evidenced by the fact that illegal Sabah occupier Federation of Malaya masquerading as Malaysia is paying rental money in the amount of $1500.00 dollars yearly.

Different race? People of the Philippines are of the same race. The Sulu archipelago and parts of Mindanao was never conquered by the Spaniards and not converted to Christianity.

The Sultan of Sulu and Sabah own Sabah. The treaties that were signed by them and other parties cannot be annulled by just one side. It should also be signed by the other to make it official. Without both signatures as was in the original contract no annulment ever transpired.

Once the Sultan of Sulu and Sabah and illegal Sabah occupier Federation of Malaya(Malaysia) straightened up the wrong that was done by the British when it was illegally transferred to Federation of Malaya, Sabahans could then determine their own future and their own destiny in their part of the world.

Sabahans and Sarawakians should declare their independence since they did not agree to be the 12th and 13th states of the Federation of Malaya.

This is wrong.

Absolutely wrong.

One way to solve it would be for the original contract holder, that being Great Britain to take back the lands under a UN charter and either return them to the Sultun or hold a referendum of the population to ask you of what your direction is either with the Sultun or without to form your own future.
I think the contracts of foreign ownership are at Temble Bar in The City of London

For those who perceive Temple Bar to be funny or stupid it happens to house the legal entity of the British Empire.
This is where the American contracts were signed for their declaration of independence from Britain by six lawyers

Temple Bar is the last remaining gate of the old City of London. Built by Christopher Wren on 1672, Temple Bar divided Fleet Street and the City of London from the Strand and Westminster. It is infamous as it used to display the decapitated head of traitors.

It was dismantled from its original location in 1878 and re-erected ten years later in Herefordshire after being purchased by Lady Meux.In 2004 it was moved back to Paternoster Square and St. Pauls Cathedral.

It would be nice if Great Britain would step in to solve once and for all the problem that would not have been a problem if Sabah wasn't transferred to re-colonizer Federation of Malaya masquerading as Malaysia.

Great Britain would be kind enough to help the people of Sabah and Sarawak determine their own future in their part of the world, and also to help the Sultan of Sulu and Sabah rest her case after receiving natural justice to her rightful claim of Sabah.

its already being done long ago in 1962! try to catch up on history will you?

see 'cobbold commission'
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cobbold_Commissi...

About one-third of the population of each territory strongly favours early realisation of Malaysia without too much concern about terms and conditions. Another third, many of them favourable to the Malaysia project, ask, with varying degrees of emphasis, for conditions and safeguards varying in nature and extent: the warmth of support among this category would be markedly influenced by a firm expression of opinion by Governments that the detailed arrangements eventually agreed upon are in the best interests of the territories. The remaining third is divided between those who insist on independence before Malaysia is considered and those who would strongly prefer to see British rule continue for some years to come. If the conditions and reservations which they have put forward could be substantially met, the second category referred to above would generally support the proposals. Moreover once a firm decision was taken quite a number of the third category would be likely to abandon their opposition and decide to make the best of a doubtful job. There will remain a hard core, vocal and politically active, which will oppose Malaysia on any terms unless it is preceded by independence and self-government: this hard core might amount to near 20 per cent of the population of Sarawak and somewhat less in North Borneo.

That was then and this is where we are now. The United Nations was founded in 1945 after World War II to replace the League of Nations, to stop wars between countries, and to provide a platform for dialogue. It contains multiple subsidiary organizations to carry out its missions.

Indonesia invaded Timor-Leste to protect her interests but the people there want to be independent from Indonesia. Their case was elevated to the United Nations, was heard and decided to give independence to Timor-Leste. That is after more than a hundred thousand of people died fighting ,and other related deaths, for their independence.

It's like a dog barking on a hill and eventually the hill crumbled.

Some people have to sacrifice for their countrymen, to achieve their goal of becoming independent.

Popular opinion is different from a referendum. Joining Malaysia which does not exist is like joining a ghost that could disappear anytime.

Anyways, that overwhelming majority popular opinion of joining Malaysia was rejected by the Philippines and Indonesia. Malaysia doesn't even have a Constitution, therefore it doesn't exist to this day.

The reality now is that the Federation of Malaya masquerading as Malaysia is internally colonizing Sabah and Sarawak.

This is not right.

If you have read the news a year or few years ago, Britain announced that she will destroy half or all documents related to the British Empire and that may include documents related to dominions or colonies in Asia.

There's nothing to celebrate about Malaysia because Malaysia does not exist.

Sabahans and Sarawakians should NOT celebrate the independence of the Federation of Malaya masquerading as Malaysia.

After almost 50 years, the Federation of Malaya made Sabah and Sarawak the poorest and second poorest areas in all four nations that supposed to comprise Malaysia whose role was taken over by the Federation of Malaya, and that she can't even write her own Constitution?

What is going on.

Malaysia was founded on FRAUD AND DECEIT?

Daily Horoscope for June 19

Leo

You need to vary your domestic routine slightly today to avoid feeling bored or restless, especially if the day threatens to be rather predictable. Think of ways to introduce a note of spontaneity into the proceedings, even if they're very minor, because they'll make you feel more lively and on the ball. If you're going shopping you'll be tempted by some impulse buys.
