CAN'T HELP WONDERING IF THREE YEARS WAS ENOUGH TIME FOR OUR INEPT GOVERNMENT TO FINALLY GET THE LEVIES, PUMPS, AND CANAL SYSTEMS SHORED UP AND READY TO PROTECT NEW ORLEANS AND OTHER GULF COAST RESIDENTS SAFE. IF THEY LEARNED ANYTHING FROM KATRINA, THERE SHOULD BE SOME BIG TIME STAGING OF SUPPLIES AND TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES TAKING PLACE SO HELP CAN BE AVAILABLE ASAP AFTER THE STORM PASSES.

There's already a mandatory evacuation plan in Nola,.its only mandatory on paper.No one will be removed from their home,just a way for the government to cover themselves in the event of disaster.The also have stated that under no circumstances will the stadium be opened for temporary residence.In other words,.head for the hills.
