Well, look at the posts of the chinamen here. If these are the people living in China, do you see anything right about them? Let's put it this way, being an ethnic chinese, if i live in China, i would leave China and live elsewhere as well.

Your post is impertinent, immaterial and irrelevant to the discussion. Conclusion from discussions remains unchanged: THE PHILIPPINES IS THE RIGHTFUL OWNER OF SCARBOROUGH SHOAL.

Ooohhh... Lookielookie on who decided to visit us in Subic, Zambales.. Which is pretty close to Scarborough Shoal or Bajo de Masinloc, Zambales: A US stealth submarine, which has been described as one of the most technologically advanced in the world, arrived in Subic Bay in Zambales “as part of her Western Pacific deployment,” according to an article posted on the website of the Pacific Command. Lt. Lara Bollinger of the Submarine Group 7 Public Affairs said the Virginia class USS North Carolina (SSN 777) arrived on May 13 with a crew of 133, including a Filipino-American. “North Carolina has conducted a series of missions showcasing the latest capabilities of the submarine force. The crew is proud of our recent contributions as part of our country’s commitment to maintaining freedom of navigation, peace and stability in the region,” Commanding officer Richard Rhinehart said. The submarine’s arrived as tension increased between the Philippines and China as result of their territorial dispute over the Scarborough Shoal on the West Philippine Sea. The two countries have stationed various ships in area. The Philippines has a Mutual Defense Treaty with the United States. The US will be required to come to the defense of the Philippines in case of an attack. Bollinger said the North Carolina was the fourth in the inventory of submarines in the Virginia class of the US Navy. He said the submarine, which is 350 feet long and weighs 7,800 tons, when submerged was designed to operate with stealth, agility and endurance in the world’s littoral regions as well as in the deep oceans. “North Carolina is one of the stealthiest, most technologically advanced submarines in the world,” Bollinger said. “She brings to the region the capability to conduct the full spectrum of potential submarine missions, including anti-submarine warfare, strike, naval special warfare involving special operations such as intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and mine warfare.”

I'm so generous with information today i should stop. I'm tired of your ignorance old china. If you no longer have anything useful to say, STFU please. Yeah, right! I rate your comments right up there with your backdated claims for territory in the S.China Sea. "In 1997, the catch of shrimp was 7 156 t (90% Acetes) from the industrial fleet (445 vessels in 1997) and 25 334 t from the artisanal sector (over 50% of the catch are white shrimp (P.merguiensis) and endeavour prawns (Metapenaeus ensis), 34% are Acetes; push net, "baby trawl", fyke net, fish coral, gillnet beach seine and filter net are the most common gear)." Please note the date, the fact that it is an 'industrial' fleet of 447 vessels, that they do fish corals and, I gather that shimp trawling is considered to be the mose destructive of all versions of trawl netting. On the side of legality: "All vessels need a licence to fish."

all the wars against above said 10 countries are initiated by china itself. It always wants UN and other giant countries like US,UK,India etc not to involve in the dispute region in North China Sea because it can terrify small countries like vietnam, taiwan, phillipines etc with its large artillery capacity. China should feel shame to keep all other nations out and terrify the small countries. South China sea resources belong to all the nations connected with it, infact these natural resources belong to the entire world.

Range of prohibition.– The operation of commercial trawl and purse seine is prohibited in marine water areas within a distance of seven (7) kilometers from the shorelines: Provided, However, that provinces comprising of several islands or islets, 7-kilometer distance shall be measured perpendicularly from the shorelines of such islands or islets: Provided, Further, That in islands or islets where the distance between or among them is 14 kilometers or less, the same shall be treated as one island or islet; and the 7-kilometer distance shall be reckoned from the outer shorelines of such group of island or islet: Provided, Finally, That in coastal areas 7 fathoms deep or more which are not reached by sustenance fishermen, the operation of commercial trawl and purse seine may be allowed by the Minister of Agriculture and Food upon the recommendation of the Director of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, only after such areas have been defined and designated as such the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources on a yearly or seasonal basis. Also, your arguement still does not change the fact that CHINA IS DESTROYING MARINE LIFE IN SCARBOROUGH SHOAL by trawler fishing in that area. Filipinos fish there in a more environmentally accepted way. I commend you for doing research though. Seems you still have a speck of hope left in becoming an intelligent life form. Clapclapclap.

The section of the law is for commercial trawler fishing. I also researched on the article you posted, and I'm sure you saw the map titled 'Philippine Marine Jurisdiction'. Pretty interesting as its a map with Scarborough and part of Spratly's inside it. I hope that by using an article with such a map attached to it, you are in a sense agreeing that SCARBOROUGH IS PART OF PHILIPPINE JURISDICTION. ;)

Now that we have established that Philippine fishermen are, like Chinese fisherment, using trawl nets and dynamite then perhaps you'd be kind enough to tell me about trolley fishing that you claim is destroying the coral - a link to trolley fishing will suffice.

Oh my, you degraded again into something less than a non intelligent life form! We were talkig about Scarborough and I did mention that China was the only one using Trawlers in the area. The Philippines definitely did not use trawlers there, and no one mentioned the use of dynamites, unless it was one of your fellow wumaos. So you can find me more articles on how the innocent Philippines has been destroying scarborough and not the evil greedy Chinese. As for trolley fishing, since you keep on bringing that up, I was very human of me to mistake 2 types of fishing methods that sounds almost the same. Trawling and trolling fishing. You can google it again if you don't know what that means.

And by the way.. I'm glad you agree that Scarborough is part of Philippine jurisdiction. Since you believe that the article you posted was true, it can only mean that you believe the map included there is true as well. Clapclapclap ;)
