Islamic countries would be still drinking camel milk straight from the teet if it wasn't for Western technology. It is true that great nations of the middle east have had lands that went from southern spain, west of africa to asia. Al-Salidin was a powerful ruler. Islamic middle east contributed to the maths and sciences from what I've been told.

Back to the article it sounds like that Mr. Mohamad Abdalla want sympathy for islam or he didn't want to write up an article so he wrote some BS.

The west doesn't owe islam for anything good because anything islam has ever had that was good it stole from others!
