E-passport: Nigerian Immigration and challenges of collection deadline

Please i wanna know how 2 process d document 2 usa! I've been told dat if i got an invitation d process of gettn a visa wil be easy 4me is't true and how cost is d international passport.

I need information quickly about B.T.A.-Boarders Traveling Allowance. I have a friend that used to work for British Airways and also lived in Lagos from '92'to '95'and yes he has heard of B.T.A. but it ONLY applies to Nigerians wanting to fly out of the country.

And I have an American friend from Florida who is right now at the airport in Lagos.
But she tells me that the B.T.A. applies to EVERYBODY that is flying out of Nigeria.

My question isWHICH PERSON IS RIGHT?

I have collected my passport but there was a little mistake in which my surname was mispelt instead of ISRAEL OLADIMEJI they wrote ISREAL OLADIMEJI. Please tell me can this affect my travelling?

Pls i via passport ad i lost it when i came back from Tunisia , ad i have my passport number, pls can i come with the number to retrieve it or can i go for another New E-passport, ad how much did new E-passport cost for now , course i could remember when i did that my P, it cost 20;000 naira ,pls i need reply from u people Thanks for ur cooperation ?:
