I agree. When a person feels he has already lost everything and feels he has nothing left to lose, what next? Maybe the wife was a gold-digger, taking him to the cleaners, death for her should not have been the answer. Maybe the Judge was a crooked judge, their position is that of risk. It's just unfortunate that a good person had been driven to do something he may not ever thought could happen. What a shame. What next? Turn yourself in or take your own life? I spoke with Daren Saturday and on Sunday. His Ex-wife was a gold digger and the Judge was on the take. If you look at the judge's ruling's you will see how the Judge forsced this action. How do you make a man pay 10,000 a mouth in support when he is only making 5,000 mouth? Charla's atterny had donated money to the judges campain. DO THE MATH...If you look at all the people that have complaints with his judge you will find that the apposing atterny was a jugdes favorite or donated money to the judge.Daren is a great man and loves his kidds an family. Daren told me that the judge told him that he was going to lose the child custady case before hearing it. How can the judge say this before the case is before him? Daren's story needs to be told so that no other family will have to face that crooked judge.(I know most of the story) I have so much more that I can add to this, that it would make all of you sick. THE JUDGE SHOULD BE HEALD RESPONSEABLE.

Well I don't know their whole story or even know them personally but know a friend of a friend and I was told that she was a very nice and beautiful person. Now I'm not saying he is a bad person either but sounds like maybe he needed some help in hopes of preventing something like this. Not only are the families suffering for their loss but the children are going to suffer for the loss of their mother and their father too since he will either be in jail or possibly something worse if he doesn't surrender.

I would plead with the newpaper to get access to and post the entire case of this divorce. To place this or any Judge above reproach is to encourage them to act as they please in contridiction to the law. It is impossilbe to voice logical opinions without all the facts. I am for one very interested in a review of the decisions relative to the percentage of times lawyers won ruling in relation to the contributions they made to this Judges Campaign.

The public keeping there eyes open to the process is what keeps us a free socity.

I read where Darren Mack was worth close to 10 million dollars and made over $500,000 a year.

Is approx 900.00 month in child support and $10,000 a month in temporary alimony to his wife, who had his child, too much to ask ? I think not.

OK, you are getting a few things wrong here. I knew Charla very well and she was no goldigger. She didn't want that big house...or the grief of maintaining it. She preferred a simpler life. Darren insisted on it. She did have a sharp tongue, but no basis for a vicious, violent murder. Let's call it what it was people!
As far as the judge goes, I don't know if he was "on the take" as you say...if he was he should be dealt with in the sytem that exists to handle those things.
I don't buy the "good guy just snapped" routine. Actually knowing Darren, you are all a part of his master plan to present himself as distraught. He is a bright guy, very calculating and obviously had this planned. This whole scene was premeditated.

First of all if you knew Charla than you would have known that she was offered a large sum on money. She turned it down an told Daren that she was going to destroy his life. For example Daren's storage was broken into and only the things that where of importants to Daren where stolen. After Daren file BK chapter 7 with the courts, there was a letter mailed out to all Daren's busniess friends,this letter was mailed from Reno with no return address and was not mail by the court system.This was an act of a crazy person. These are only a couple of things you don't know about. Charla was a wacko if you realy knew her and I did. I was part of the reason they broke up. So don't tell me you knew her and defend that she was a sane minded person. I could go on with so meany more of those examples of Charla. She told several people that she wanted there house so don't go there...I'm very sorry she was killed and I don't condone it.

Being a person on the outside of it all it why would it make her a bad person for turning down the large sum of money? If she did tell him that she was going to "destroy his life" then lets just hope it was out of anger and nothing else as NY friend said "she had a sharp tounge". Was there proof like on the cameras at the storage unit showing Charla breaking into the unit or proof that she was the one that sent the letter to all his friends? You just can't assume...on either side. I'm sure they both had some dirty laundry...not everyone no matter how well you think you know someone knows EVERYTHING about everyone. Unfortunatly Charla isn't here to defend herself anymore so someone has to do it for her. Just as you are defending Daren. So now it should be about their child and let's just hope that while he is out on the run he is thinking about what he did and gets smart and turns himself in!!!

It most definitely did not have to happen.
And it's no longer about who's right or wrong.
It never should have been.
That's where our Family Court fails.
It should have always been about their child and what was best for her.
Fighting parents was not best.
A belittled parent and one who thought they won was not best.
It should have been about being fair and just.
It should have been about showing a little girl that in spite of it all, she could still count on her parents and the judge to make things as right as they could again be.
We need to find a way for Family Court to make things more right, to stop making them more wrong.
We need to make sure no other children are subjected to the insanity that our Family Court is today.

I didn't know them personally but I went to high school with Dawn Mack, who is married to Steve Mack. Steve & Darren are cousins.

Dawn married into a good family. She also comes from a good family. My family and her family are still friends. This whole story is crazy. I'm not taking sides. It just blows my mind that the world is so small.

Also Darrent Mack does not own Super Pawn. Super Pawn was owned by Steve Mack. Steve sold Super Pawn a couple of years ago. He's now a software developer.

What happens in courts affects the parents, it affects the
children. It can make you very angry. You have to live with
what a judge decides, and these decisions have put kids
in poverty. on the news they talk about the judgements and
why judges make them. It is a serious matter and it does need
to be looked into. I hope that this case will take us in the
right direction into fixing the court system we have in place
today.

Hello people!!!,Darren Mack has NOT been found guilty of the crimes he ALLEGEDLY committed,good lord let the justice system do its job,then pass judgement.This is all HERESAY,nobody knows for a FACT that he killed his ex-wife,or that he shot the judge,come on people,we are INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty.You all sound like a lynch mob!!!!!!
