The media is inciting the Illegal aliens/supporters/left and pusing the "this law is unconstitutional" lie. The Arizona law mirrors federal law..... The Illegal alien invaders and supporters are terrified this law will spread and be enacted in different states which is exactly what is going to happen. LA mayor Antonio Villaraigosa is calling for an AZ boycott because he feels the new immigration law is "unconstitutional and un-American" and other lefties are wanting a boycott of Arizona Iced Tea which is made in New York. Obviously, in typical liberal fashion, they're blinded by their raging emotions because what is really unpatriotic and un-American is the mayor wanting to cause financial harm for Americans in AZ because he would rather support illegal foreigners. I would not boycott Arizona businesses except for Kahala/Cold Stone who are fraudulently ripping off their franchisees. They should be boycotted nationwide! Hundreds of us franchisees have lost our businesses, our retirements, and our inheritances and almost our home because they have lied to us. They tell us they are profitable and profit by making people happy. They are thieves. They do not support new franchisees. They made their money and that's all they cared about. The co-brand they promised us was with Cereality. It never happened. We were told after we bought our store we needed to be in for 2 years and show profit before we could co-brand with Cereality. We never hit the 1/2 mark they promised. The promise was $500K our first year.

I think everyone should boycott all the Kahala Brands - Cold Stone, Blimpie, Samurai Sam's, Great Steak, Rollerz, NrGize, Johnnies, Surf City Squeeze, Taco Time, Frullati Cafe & Bakery, Ceriality and Ranch 1. As former franchisee, they stole from me (money, equity on my home, time I spent behind the stone working trying to keep payroll low) and from my family (that had to help me pay my rent, payroll and inventory during the slow months from September to March every year.) They did not want me to succeed as funny as it sounds, they would not help me sell my store, so I lost it but it is re-opening this month and they gave it away for free just so they don't have to deal with the landlord and pay back rent. I ask you to walk into any of these businesses and you will see an owner behind the counter, jittery, with a look of gaze because they are being screwed by their franchisor. Tip Tip Horray!!!

What a disaster, Kahala - ColdStone set up many people to fail. First of all, Outrageous transfer fees and prices for their stores. Then they will send you to training and set you up with their preferred vendors for insurance, payroll, accounting. They will make several mistakes on your accounts if you are not carefully watching your accounts, not to mention the credit card company will not send your deposits in on time so you will not have your money for your bills, payroll, etc. You come back from training only to find that the store was turned over to you in horrible condition.....broken equipment, deep cleaning needed, not fully staffed and to top it off the former owner took the staff they promised you would have. You take over only to find that the former owner was delinquent on bills and permits........SERIOUSLY SET UP TO FAIL. Wolfs in sheep's clothing.
