Hi, I M A LATIN GIRL, AND I LIVE IN USA, I M PLANNING TO VISIT TURKEY AND MEET A FRIEND FOR FIRST TIME, I MEET HIM ONLINE 3 YEARS AGO,AND I WANT TO GO THERE BECAUSE OF HIM, I HAVE MY TIKET, BUT I M LITTLE AFRAID BECAUSE I DONT KNOW NOBODY THERE! AND I GO ALONE BECUASE MY FRIENDS CANT GO WITH ME, I THINK HE IS A GOOD BOY AND I KNOW HIS FAMILY .I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, SOMETIMES I M SURE TO GO, BUT STILL THINKING :D, I LL BE THERE IN 2 MONTHS, SHOULD I GO ALONE?

i am ın turkey 1 week ago now and i thınk you can go alone there!!! If you go to ıstanbul just donīt go alone ın Beyoğlu by nıght!!! after you don t need to answer to each turkısh guys who wıll ask you hello how are you? just speak wıth people ıf you re feelıng ıs good!!! really u must to come!!! ıt s beautıfull and many thıngs to do and to dıscover!!! |

My suggestion is no! When traveling abroad expecially as a woman there is alway's precautions. If you must travel alone, make sure he is at the airport to meet you. Have phone number's on you to contact family. Make a copy of your passport and leave it at home before you go. Always let someone know where you are at all times when in Istanbul. Do not walk the city alone! There are many locals who can help you if you become lost or in need of directions. Please be careful with your journey and have a plan in case he is not what you thought. Take care, be safe and best wishes...

turkey is a pretty safe place. (BUT)as nikita said, dont go alone to a another country weather its turkey or england or somewhere else. trouble may find you anywhere
