Here is how it works. Something named Holy Roman Catholic Church goes up publicly. May be a church, maybe a web page, or an internet forum.
A few weeks ago, the Jehovah Witness's were inside our Church a couple blocks away. Inside every Catholic missal they put copies of watchtower. Our church is one of the very few catholics churches that do not lock their doors when nothing is going on. A few days later, the bereans came and put obscene jack chick tracts everywhere, in the pews, on the altar, in the missals.
If it is a webpage with the name of the Catholic Church, it will be enundated with spam in the email box.
If it is a forum like this one, every Tom Dick and Harry claiming to be a Christian will come and do exactly the same thing as they did at the Church. They think they are evangelising or converting people, but what they really are are people spreading satan's hatred everywhere they go and just the name of the Church causes them to crawl out from every rock.
Can you imagine the horrible uproar that would ensue if a Catholic went into a protestant church and started scrawling graffiti over it? I mean, that would not be tolerated. But Protestants come in commonly to the Church and try to desecrate the altars, the tabernacle where the Body of Christ is reserved. Andif anyone tried to do invade a tabernacle for the Jews- watch out.
But any type of property damage, vandalism, graffiti, and propaganda gets perpetrated on Catholic Churches.
Once in Eureka Ca a bunch of protestants came in our church- I remember them dressed so nicely and very clean cut asking me for donations right after mass for THEIR church. So right after mass, after everyone left these nice clean cut christians carrying their Bibles went into the Church and set it on fire. Set it on fire. Costs thousands and thousands of dollars to fix it and they didn't even care if there was anyone up in the choir loft, any little kid playing in the sacristy or loft, they just set the place on fire because it is catholic.
I have lived places where people have put sacks of dog poop on my front door, thrown rocks threw my daughters bedroom window in the middle of the night when she was nine. These people were very good Baptists who knew she attended a catholic school down the street. Got up one morning and while I was washing the eggs off our car, the priest drives up in his car covered with eggs and helped me wash mine first. They had only egged the houses of the Catholics and the rectory of the Church.
All because they are Christians. Sometimes, these days I just lose my temper.
I don't believe you. Few people today could explain the term "bead slider". I don't feel the stated actions were done by any church members of any church.

The fact that you don't believe this could be done by "chruch members" does not make the statements untrue. It's uncomfortable to think that anyone could stoop so low but just reading some of the posts here by "good Christians" makes me see the hate of those with an axe to grind with the Catholic Church. Let's not forget the KKK either. Catholics and Jews have also been targets over the infamous career of this hate group of which the members profess to be "Christians".

The fact that you said that the Pope's statement is making you 'seriously consider leaving the church', just reinforces why it does matter whether people are Catholic, Methodist, Lutheran, etc. Spiritual relativsm is not new, you and those like you, who believe that the truth of what the Church teaches is somehow subject to whether you agree with it or not are exactly why the Pope is saying what he is saying. He's not saying something new, it's what the Church has ALWAYS taught! Your comments are just proving the points that the Pope made in the homily he gave at conclave before his election: http://www.oecumene.radiovaticana.org/en1/Art...
You would do well to read this and anyone else who may be guilty of "being tossed to and fro by every wave of doctrine"... Eph. 4:14
Gee Troy, I was taught that Jesus was the head of the church and his followers where call Christians...

Christians, not Roman Catholic, Protestants, Lutherans, Baptist...Doctrine is what the founders of any religion set up for there group.
So you find that what your Doctrine is teaching is false are you required to stay with them or do you have free will to leave and find another that is teaching the Bible...

For me and my family we follow the teaching of Jesus..to the best of our abilities .
We have gone to several different churches in several states over the last 16 years and have found only a few that when you walk through the doors you can fell the presence of the Holy Spirit.

Sorry but that dog dont hunt. From the KKK, to judgement, and intolerance. From pretend non-drinkers to the pretrib rapture psychosis and demeeaning of people who are chastized for not being healed. Baptists are among the most intolerable of all. It isnt hard to miss Baptist condemnation of anyone but themeselves. I have seen and heard too many in person, on the radio and in t.v. I have no doubt you believe you are doing right, but from where I sit, baptists, southern, reformed, original recipe or ana all are in need of removing a log in the eye and receving a Good Old Fashioned History lesson, Catholic Baptism and confession and a lesson on how to live life and not seek to end it. Baptist? Personally a pickled sheep eyeball sounds more tempting.

You have been refuted on a number of occassions by many posters including myself. Part of your sleight of hand is to ignore or summarily dismiss such refutation and plow on to the next distortion you wish to peddle. It is a familiar technique used by many who would destroy Faith and substitute their own peculiar, singular and ego driven version of the truth. You think your version of propoganda is fresh and original and will be effective, while most of the posters here, some of whom are very "hep" to these tactics, have revealed you for the malicious and untruthful person that you have proven yourself to be.
You well know that folks are going to believe what they are going to believe.

I honestly believe that many folks are simply seeing what RCC truly is and how it came to be thus they are leaving it.

My main concern would be for the sexual assault victims, those who fear of eternal damnation because they believe they are excommunicated, folks in other countries and had to convert or face the consequences, etc who have had horrific encounters with this man made religion, RCC.

It is very sad that many have had to endure such pain, alienation, sorrow, etc at the hands of religious folks in high power who have contrived a pagan religion to condone murder, wars, power, etc.

Are there sincere folks who embrace RCC and love G-d? Yes

However, IMO they do not know what really is going on with RCC BEHIND the scenes and the origins of it.

Thus they will attack, belittle, criticize, etc anyone who brings forth something that will come against what they hold too.

This is how a religion such as RCC has managed to keep its power amongst its followers.

I posted info from its own site that states that folks are not to question things, man can forgive sin, etc.

The wrath of G-d is coming. Hence, I am here to warn folks of it as my people did so long ago. Those folks laughed, scorned, scoffed, etc the messenger(s) that came to warn them. Many died because of their refusal to change and come out of immorality, idolatery, etc.

It is only thru obedience to Him that one is able to be show him/herself approved to Him. Love is key. Either love Him or you do not.

==========

G-d is not mocked. In the days to come, RCC any other pagan religion will be dealt with by Hashem. It is time for those who truly love G-d to come out from amongst the idolaters who ignore Him and His Torah and forsake idolatery.

Since he was a jew, this man would have told folks to obey Torah and Hashem.

I am starting to think that he was a pharisee as well. I need to read some more.

He certaintly quoted the talmud often to folks.

I've often wondered why folks think that someone hates them if they do not agree with what they state, believe in themselves, etc.

You can see this type of mindset in kids too.

Please share if you know the psychological reason behind it. I am curious.
