I mean damn I know it was just a grocery store not Goldman and Sachs, but at least put on some khakis and a friggin collered shirt. I've actually seen this as I've shopped in retail locations on numerous occasions.
Someone needs to take these youth by the hand and show them the way. Really, you can buy a suit for $40 at TJ Max or Marshall's. It's cheap but its better than looking like a degenerate.
