Incredibly, 5 people said no. I can only hope they thought I was asking whether or not they play for the NE football team. But that is not the case, I know. Unbelievable that out of 25 people 5 are blatant traitors. May you all rot in hell next to Judas.

Even with all the mistakes that all our politicians are making to ruin our independence, I am still and always will be a Patriot.

The politicians who serve us are not the government; We The People are. We should be the ones to keep them in check and not the other way around.

Yes I am a Patriot. It is not only up to the teachers to teach patriotism. Parents need to teach their children the freedoms we have is because of good men and women who died to preserve that freedom. My son is in Iraq, and I am very proud of him and all who serve their country. My flag waves everyday, a reminder of what it stands for and the troops who are still fighting to preserve its meaning.

GOD Bless your son in Iraq. Thank him for serving our country and protecting our Freedom. My husband is in afghanistan also. My Flag waves proudly, and I will NOT take down my yellow ribbons.

The assumption that individuals who don't share one's political party affiliation etc. are less patriotic isn't doing anyone in America any good.

I agree, As I recall the favorite trite phrase of the ruling class in the 60's was America love it or leave it. I believe that we are the greatest country that has ever existed, but we are not perfect, so the true calling of a patriot should be, America, love it, stand up for what you believe in and if you feel that there needs to be change, then do all that you can to make it happen and make our country even better. The blind following of our so called leaders is not patriotism it is total abdication of your right and duty to keep America great by questioning authority.
