Please explain how allowing the woman to go through labor, and then procede thru the birth process until just the head is out of the birth canal to kill the child saves the woman from anything (except possibly the rare instance that the child's head is stuck. Of course if they wouldn't have turned the baby so that they came out breech, that wouldn't have happened in the first place and a c-section could have been performed that would have saved both of them.)
